Against this background, our Banking and Finance Transactions team advises Luxembourg and international credit institutions, financial sector professionals, investment funds and companies on the structuring and implementation of their financing transactions. We assist our clients with the structuring, negotiation and documentation of various types of financing, including bilateral and syndicated loans, as well as structured finance transactions. Our work also covers the negotiation and implementation of security interests and guarantees, the drafting and review of contractual documentation, and the issuance of legal opinions. We act at every stage of the transaction, from the assessment of its structure through to completion.
