Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar as an Avocat à la Cour, I have over 23 years' experience working in business law for major fiduciary services providers and law firms. I am entirely dedicated to corporate and commercial law, fields in which I have developed recognised expertise.
I support my clients throughout their company’s lifecycle, from incorporation and choosing a legal structure to optimising governance and negotiating commercial contracts with business partners on an ongoing basis.
I have extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, as well as group restructuring. I advise on domestic and cross-border transactions, including external growth operations, company transfers, joint ventures, and complex reorganisations. I collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including tax advisors, accountants, and financial consultants.
With a strong strategic vision, I offer my clients pragmatic, secure and tailored legal support to secure their transactions and advance their business objectives.
