“The life of the law has not been logic: it has been experience.”

– Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.

This quotation reflects my vision of the legal profession: the law cannot be understood solely through statutory provisions, but also through experience, case law and a thorough understanding of the practical realities of each situation. Convinced that every matter is unique, I place particular emphasis on rigorous legal analysis, precise reasoning and the development of tailored legal strategies that best serve my clients’ interests.

Selected Experience

I practise within the Dispute Resolution and Employment departments, advising both domestic and international clients on complex disputes as well as on matters relating to corporate and commercial law, employment law and restructuring.

I advise clients on both advisory and contentious matters, assisting them throughout pre-litigation and litigation proceedings while favouring negotiated solutions whenever circumstances permit. Where litigation becomes necessary, I represent clients before the Luxembourg courts, ensuring the rigorous defence of their interests.
My practice encompasses a broad range of matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, shareholder disputes, contractual litigation, employment law issues, restructurings and insolvency proceedings.

I advise companies, international groups, financial institutions, investment funds and their senior executives, combining technical legal expertise with a thorough understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations underlying each matter. Convinced that no situation can be reduced to the mere application of legal rules, I adopt an approach grounded in rigorous legal analysis, case law and the development of tailored legal strategies aligned with my clients’ objectives.
