I practise in the field of business litigation and insolvency, both at the pre-litigation stage and in contentious matters before the Luxembourg courts, at every stage of the proceedings.
The matters on which I act relate primarily to shareholder litigation, commercial and contractual disputes and civil liability claims, as well as to the representation of clients under investigation or of parties who have suffered loss in economic and financial crime cases, for a domestic and international client base.
