Selected Experience
As a Junior Associate in the insolvency department, I assist the insolvency practitioner with all matters relating to insolvency proceedings. This involves the administrative and legal management of companies in bankruptcy or under judicial reorganisation, the examination of claims filed, the coordination of liquidation proceedings, and the monitoring of procedural obligations before the relevant courts.
My practice also includes the handling of commercial litigation, such as drafting summonses and pleadings, analysing contracts and commercial relationships, debt recovery, and monitoring proceedings before the relevant courts.
