Me Elsa Womitso
Junior Associate
Avocat
Every case deserves to be defended as if it were the only one.
This conviction drives my practice in business litigation: each matter carries unique stakes and calls for full commitment. This dedication builds my expertise, case after case. But beyond the technical work, what motivates me most is the human relationship with clients: listening closely, understanding what matters to them, and supporting them with rigor and genuine care.

Selected Experience
As a member of the Business Litigation team, I advise corporate clients including SMEs and investment funds in commercial litigation, insolvency and restructuring matters, both at the pre-litigation stage and before the Luxembourg courts.
My practice covers commercial and contractual disputes, debt recovery proceedings and matters relating to financially distressed businesses. I assist clients with risk assessment, litigation strategy and procedural drafting.
Prior to joining the firm, I spent nearly three years as Legal Counsel within international renewable energy and engineering groups, giving me a practical understanding of the operational challenges faced by businesses.
