Selected Experience
As a Junior Associate, I advise clients in employment, civil and commercial law, both in advisory and litigation matters.
My practice focuses primarily on employment law, including HR-related issues, such as the drafting and review of employment contracts, the implementation of internal policies (teleworking, harassment, whistleblowing, working time, remuneration), the management of data subject access requests, and compliance with CSSF requirements, notably in case of secondment and outsourcing of services. I also assist clients in collective employment law matters, in particular on issues related to staff delegation. In addition, I have developed experience in civil and commercial litigation, as well as in general legal advice, particularly in contract law, civil liability and lease matters.
I particularly value keeping a continuous overview of developments in legislation and case law in order to provide practical and thorough advice.
