“It is better to risk saving a guilty person than to condemn an innocent one.”

Voltaire, Zadig (1747).

To me, this quote encapsulates what every lawyer should strive for: to do everything possible to secure the best possible outcome for their client, even when the prospects of success appear uncertain. This is the true challenge of the legal profession: to advocate with conviction, perseverance, and rigor in order to uphold and advance the rights and interests of those one represents.

Selected Experience

After earning a specialized master’s degree in banking and financial law from the University of Strasbourg and completing my end-of-studies internship at the Crédit Mutuel General Secretariat in Strasbourg, I decided to pursue my professional career in Luxembourg, a country rich in opportunities. After practicing law for two years at a Luxembourg law firm specializing in litigation, I joined Brucher Thieltgen & Partners where I currently practice as a Senior Associate, having been admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2020. I specialize in business litigation, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, and banking and financial law. I also handle appeals to the Court of Cassation.
