Supporting clients in their commercial projects by bringing legal certainty to their activities is gratifying. Legal counseling requires an understanding of commercial dynamics and an interest in business combined with a taste for legal matters; this leads a lawyer to be in perpetual reinvention.

Selected Experience

After two years working as a legal assistant with European institutions, including the European Commission, the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ), and the Council of Europe, I was admitted to the Paris and Luxembourg Bars. I now practice as a lawyer specializing in commercial and corporate law, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes, commercial litigation, and banking and financial law.

In addition to my legal practice, I serve as an assistant professor at the University of Lorraine, where I teach corporate social responsibility, collective management, financial markets law, insurance law, and consumer law.

I have authored approximately 100 publications in the fields of corporate law, financial law, and contract law. I also collaborate regularly with international academic institutions, particularly universities in Rome and Brașov, contributing to cross-border research and teaching initiatives.
