Avocat à la Cour

“An injustice done to one is a threat to all”

(Montesquieu).

A lawyer’s primary duty is commitment. It is a commitment of mind and body. Commitment of mind, because a lawyer must be focused on others and on listening. Commitment of mind, too, because a lawyer must demonstrate rigorous analysis and provide sound advice. Finally, commitment of body, because a lawyer must draft documents and present cases in court; all with the aim of persuading. Therefore, I offer those who do me the honour of placing their trust in me my total commitment, to ensure that they may obtain justice.

Selected Experience

After practising as a solicitor at the Paris Bar for nearly three years, I moved to Luxembourg. I advise and assist an international client base at every stage of the proceedings: providing advice to mitigate risks, negotiating settlements prior to trial, representing clients in court, and supporting them during the enforcement of a court judgment.

In criminal matters too, I assist clients in conducting internal investigations and support them at every stage of the proceedings: questioning, searches, preliminary investigations, settlement proceedings and proceedings on the merits.
