Selected Experience
As a Counsel within the Dispute Resolution team, I specialise primarily in commercial litigation, with a focus on civil and commercial disputes. I support the firm’s clients from the earliest stages of a dispute through to representing them before the Luxembourg courts.
My practice covers, in particular, contractual disputes, disputes between partners, debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. I regularly handle disputes involving an international element.
I assist my clients in defining and implementing the legal strategy best suited to the issues at stake in their case.
