Selected Experience
With extensive experience in employment law, I provide advisory and litigation services to employers and employees on all matters relating to the employment relationship. I am able to assist our clients with hiring processes, as well as with termination proceedings or negotiated terminations, and with the development and implementation of internal policies and procedures compliant with the law and adapted to the company’s needs.
With more than ten years’ experience in litigation, I also assist our clients in a wide range of disputes, particularly in commercial and property law.
I have also developed a particular interest in contract law, which enables me to assist our clients in negotiating and drafting various agreements, as well as in any disputes involving contractual obligations.
