“Justice is a right, not a charity.”

Although this quote is not attributed to anyone, it nonetheless reflects the lawyer’s will to defend the rights of everyone, regardless of their background or the nature of those rights. Thus, the lawyer’s role is to support clients, both to protect their rights and to defend them, in the hope of preserving their personal and professional well-being, or of restoring fairness when it has been disrupted and undermined. We are committed to active listening, responsiveness, and excellence.

Selected Experience

I work in the Advisory and Litigation Department, where I assist corporate clients with all matters related to business and commercial law. I support my clients throughout the life of their company, including their growth and day-to-day legal issues.

I handle advisory work as well as pre-litigation and litigation matters. I assist my clients in seeking amicable solutions and negotiating settlements whenever possible; if that is not feasible, I represent them in court to defend their interests.

I serve clients from a wide range of sectors, including construction, real estate development, consulting, and IT engineering, as well as maritime companies registered in Luxembourg, real estate investment companies, and investment funds. This diversity allows me to understand the specific challenges of each sector and to propose solutions tailored to their needs.

Throughout my professional career, especially before becoming a lawyer, I have developed specialized expertise in maritime law, energy law, and the logistics sector. I now practice in Luxembourg, where I serve an international clientele at the heart of Europe, drawing on my expertise and a pragmatic approach focused on finding effective solutions tailored to each client’s objectives.
