A comprehensive command of corporate law, most notably the law of 10 August 1915 on commercial companies, as amended, is essential to delivering sound, strategic and value-driven legal advice. Such expertise allows clients to manage their companies with confidence on a day-to-day basis while effectively navigating legal and operational challenges as they arise.

Selected Experience
With more than ten years of experience in corporate law, I started my career as a Corporate Officer in a Luxembourg service provider where I developed strong expertise in company administration and day-to-day corporate management. I subsequently joined a law firm as a jurist within the Corporate law department advising Luxembourg and international clients on corporate matters and transactions.
I am now part of Brucher Thieltgen & Partners, advising the Luxembourg head offices of international groups on their day-to-day corporate and legal matters, corporate governance and major transactions, including M&A, reorganisations and recapitalisations. My experience includes also the management and supervision of statutory filings with the Luxembourg Business Registers (LBR) and the Register of Beneficial Owners (RBE), as well as the handling of AML/KYC requirements in compliance with applicable Luxembourg regulations.
I am also regularly involved in insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcies, judicial reorganisation proceedings and corporate restructurings. In this context, I assist insolvency practitioners, provisional administrators, court-appointed representatives, directors and shareholders in addressing the legal, corporate and operational issues arising in connection with such proceedings.
