“The power of the lawyer lies in the uncertainty of the law’ (J. Bentham). The legal profession is one of the most intellectually rewarding. Whether devising a trial strategy or orchestrating a multi-million-dollar merger, lawyers are problem-solvers, analysts and innovative thinkers. I strive to keep my knowledge up to date and to continually hone my skills in dispute resolution, negotiation, relationship-building, analysis and creative thinking in order to succeed.”

Selected Experience

As partner in charge of the Banking and Finance Department, I advise our clients on all aspects of banking and finance law. I have extensive experience in regulatory matters.

I advise leading financial institutions, both national and international – including more than ten systemically important banks based in Luxembourg – on strategic, transactional and regulatory matters.

I also assist our clients involved in these areas with ongoing litigation before the Luxembourg courts. I have developed recognised expertise and strong skills, enabling me to support our clients in a pragmatic manner and provide them with bespoke solutions to complex situations.

I was a lecturer in company law and banking and finance law at the Chambre des salariés for over six years.
