Selected Experience
As Partner and Head of the Litigation and Employment Law Departments at Brucher Thieltgen & Partners, I advise and represent clients in complex and sensitive matters involving significant legal, financial, reputational and human considerations.
My practice focuses primarily on the prevention, management and resolution of disputes affecting businesses, both from a judicial and strategic perspective. I advise Luxembourg and international clients on matters relating to employment law, real estate and construction law, as well as complex commercial and civil litigation.
I advise and represent clients at every stage of a dispute, from risk assessment and strategy development through to proceedings before the Luxembourg courts and the negotiation of settlement agreements tailored to the legal, economic and human considerations of each matter.
In employment law, I primarily advise employers and senior executives on all aspects of human resources management and Luxembourg labour law. I regularly assist clients in matters involving senior management and C-level executives, corporate restructurings, complex dismissals, internal investigations relating to harassment and psychosocial risks, as well as workplace crisis management.
I also have significant experience in real estate and construction law, advising clients on complex real estate projects and the disputes arising therefrom, both in an advisory and litigation capacity.
My approach is driven by a thorough understanding of the strategic and human dimensions of each matter and by a commitment to delivering pragmatic, effective and business-oriented legal solutions.
