Counsel / Avocat à la Cour

“The law provides answers; strategy helps us choose the best course of action.”

I believe that a lawyer’s true strength lies in their ability to combine legal expertise, an understanding of their client’s circumstances, and strategic vision. Every case is unique, and careful listening and analysis of the client’s objectives enables us to offer tailored support and determine the most appropriate course of action, from dispute prevention to resolution.

Selected Experience

Admitted to the Luxembourg Bar for over ten years, I practise as Counsel within the Dispute Resolution team. I primarily advise clients in commercial disputes, particularly in relation to shareholder disputes, investment fund litigation and contractual liability matters.

My practice covers all stages of a dispute, from pre-litigation analysis and strategy development to representation before the competent courts.

I also act in litigation cases with a European dimension and have, in particular, had the opportunity to assist a client in the context of a preliminary ruling proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning corporate law matters.
