Selected Experience
As partner of the Corporate & Commercial department and the Restructuring & Insolvency team, my practice focuses primarily on company law, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructuring. I advise both Luxembourg-based SMEs and international groups, as well as shareholders, directors, investors and creditors, whether in an advisory capacity or in connection with business transfers, M&A, restructurings or insolvency proceedings. I am also regularly appointed as interim director, court-appointed representative or curator. My approach is based on extensive experience in establishing appropriate governance structures (shareholder agreements, joint ventures, etc.) and finding solutions to the challenges faced by each client. I have developed recognised expertise in corporate governance, insolvency and restructuring, enabling me to effectively support companies and individuals facing complex situations.
