Selected Experience
As a Junior Associate in the Insolvency Department, I assist insolvency practitioners in all aspects of insolvency proceedings and the legal issues arising therefrom. My work includes the review of claims, the preparation of procedural documents, legal research, and the monitoring of court proceedings. I also advise on corporate law matters and commercial litigation, particularly in relation to corporate restructurings and debt recovery.
