Corporate law has been the common thread throughout my career. After completing my business law studies in Belgium, I first worked as a legal advisor before being admitted to the Luxembourg Bar. As a Junior Associate, I advise on matters arising throughout the life of a company, including day-to-day corporate operations, reorganisation projects, commercial relationships and certain dispute-related matters.
