Selected experience
As head of the Banking and Finance Team, I specialize in legal advice on banking and finance laws and advise my clients on regulatory issues or financing transactions. I am also the leader of the Shareholders Disputes and Banking and Finance Litigation Task Forces of the firm and I am therefore very active in complex domestic and international litigation. I primarily advise and represent clients in sophisticated commercial proceedings, in particular in banking and finance litigation and shareholders dispute. I also have a wide experience in multi-jurisdictional proceedings, including asset recovery and enforcement of foreign judgments. I advise and represent clients on white-collar crimes proceedings in the financial sector.
